Our Hawaiian Pepper water is Chilli vinegar seasoning is a delicate blend of water, vinegar, Chillies, garlic, tamarind,  black and white pepper and lemon juice. Its exquisite flavour enhances the flavour of smashed avocados but where it really shines is in guacamole. It really takes it to a new dimension!

Crisp carrot sticks, vibrant bell pepper strips, and tender cauliflower florets will add a delightful crunch and provide the perfect vehicle for savouring this enticing dip.

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

2 tablespoons Hawaiian pepper water (adjust to taste)

1 small red onion finely diced.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

1 medium tomato diced and seeds removed.

1 lime, juiced.

I red Chilli ( sliced)

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped.

Carrot sticks

Bell pepper strips (assorted colours)

Cauliflower florets

Instructions:

Prepare the Avocados:

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mash the Avocados:

Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).

Add Flavourful Ingredients:

Mix in the Hawaiian pepper water, finely diced red onion, chopped Chilli,  minced garlic, diced tomato, lime juice, and chopped cilantro into the mashed avocados. Stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Season to Taste:

Season the guacamole with the Hawaiian pepper water. Remember it may already add some spiciness, so adjust accordingly.

Chill and Rest:

Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, ensuring that the wrap touches the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.

Prepare the Veggie Dippers:

Wash and cut the carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, and cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Serve:

Take the chilled guacamole out of the refrigerator and uncover it. Give it a final stir before transferring it to a serving bowl.

Place the bowl of guacamole in the centre of the veggie dipper platter.

Encourage your guests to dip the carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, and cauliflower florets into the flavourful guacamole and enjoy!
