4 chicken breasts

1/4 cup Adore Chillies Mango and Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced.

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)


In a bowl, combine Adore Chillies Mango and Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce, oil, lime juice, minced garlic,, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each breast is coated evenly. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for the best flavour.
