Weymouth 51 lemon drizzle is an elegant Chilli sauce made with Lemon Drop, Yellow Friar’s Hat, Trinidad Yellow Perfume, Yellow Habanero and Fatalii Yellow. Very smooth and well balanced medium heat with lovely fruitiness. Absolutely ideal with grilled meat, fish dishes, or even with extra virgin rapeseed oil as a salad dressing.
