We ensure that the Keralan Lemon Pickle has soft, melt in the mouth fruit. It’s going to give you enough warmth to know it’s a genuine Indian style pickle whilst allowing you to taste all of the layers of flavour it possesses.
You may find more uses for this but right now all we love it for is putting on poppadum or a sandwich. Enjoying all those flavours that shout out indian food at its finest. The flavours this pickle really exudes are the fresh curry leaves, toasted spices and chunks of garlic.
