Naturally grown, dried and produced in South Korea. An old school pal of David Tamlyn who lives in Korea, flies over the real deal for Weymouth 51  Gochugaru of the finest Korean quality. This chilli hasn’t got a fiery heat but has a massive rounded wintery warming tone to it. Commonly use in Kimchi and Korean cuisine such as Bulgogi and traditional barbeque sauce. Can be used anywhere in replacement of the little bit plain and boring paprika. A great addition to your dry store.
