Because of the Jamaican 7 Pot Chillies used in this sauce, it should be far hotter than the Haitian Sensation, but it’s not really. While you will know you are eating a hotter than normal sauce, it won’t blow your head off. What you, however, will definitely notice is the fruitiness of the Jamaican 7 pot Chillies. The hotter Chillies are, the fruitier they get. This is why it’s a fine balance to harmonise the flavours and get the heat to a pleasing and not overwhelming level.
Haitian Hottie Chilli Sauce works wonders with hotdogs, burgers and baguettes, many more uses than you can shake a stick at.
